Designer
Kate joined Buckanavage Design Build in 2024 and has played a pivotal role shaping the design side of the business. She has a keen eye for detail, with a particular talent for tying all of the finishes of a project together into a cohesive and beautiful final look. Kate genuinely loves working with clients, guiding them through the pre-construction design process in a way that is clear, collaborative, and exciting. Kate has a natural ability to make clients feel relaxed and confident, turning the stress of decision-making into an experience they truly enjoy.
Evan Buckanavage
Owner/Founder
Evan is the founder of Bucknavage Design Build, bringing his lifelong passion for building to every project since establishing the firm in 2017. From a young age, he was always drawn to creating things with his hands, and that curiosity has grown into a career built on craftsmanship and care. Evan believes that a great client experience starts with a team that is organized, responsive, and respectful — values that are woven into every aspect of the business. He makes it a priority to connect personally with each client, helping them feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Outside of work, he can be found enjoying life in Wilmington with his wife Abby and their son Oliver.
Jack Reardon
Project Manager
Jack joined Buckanavage Design Build in 2021 as a Project Manager, bringing with him a work ethic and dedication that has made him an invaluable part of the team. As a childhood friend of founder Evan, Jack came to the company with a deep understanding of its values and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. He is passionate about keeping projects on schedule, ensuring that clients can count on timely and efficient execution from start to finish. Jack works
hard to deliver the best possible outcome for every client, going above and beyond to make
sure the final result exceeds expectations.

team, known for his thoroughness and exceptional attention to detail. He approaches every project with a meticulous eye, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that the finished product meets the highest standard. Jay genuinely loves getting to know his clients, taking the time to build real connections that make the entire experience more personal and enjoyable.
