Our Process
We have separated out our projects into 5 phases 1) Consultation 2) Design, 3) Pre-Construction, 4) Construction , 5) Closeout
1) Consultation
For every kitchen inquiry, we provide a complimentary consultation where we will go over your ideas, price expectations, style, time-frames, desired layout and anything else you think we should know about your project. An approximate estimate will be provided with breakdowns for each phase of construction (ex: demo, plumbing, etc)
2) Design
As a full service design-build firm, we will start every project with careful planning, with consideration to your family’s every day needs. This includes layout planning, renderings, and assistance with material selection. Having design professionals on staff allows us to plan with pricing in mind, and cultivate a plan that works for your budget and expected use. We believe in thorough planning up front, ensuring that all selections and details have been figured out prior to starting your project. This allows us to seamlessly work through your project and stay on schedule to get your house back to normal.
3) Pre-Construction
Once we have a complete design, and all finish materials have been selected, we will be able to accurately provide you with a final cost for your project. It is at this time that we sign a contract for the final amount, begin ordering materials, start putting together a job schedule, and discuss timelines.

4) Construction
Roughly two weeks before your project begins, your dedicated project manager will meet with you at your home to review the plans, scope of work, and any important details or special requests. Once construction starts, they will remain your primary point of contact all the way through completion. To help protect your home and minimize disruption, we install floor protection and dust barriers before work begins and take careful measures to keep everyday life as uninterrupted as possible. Our goal is to provide a smooth, well-organized renovation process and an experience you feel confident about from beginning to end.

5) Closeout
A successful renovation is about more than just construction — it’s about finishing every detail properly. Using a comprehensive close-out process, our team carefully reviews the completed project to ensure final cleaning, material removal, finishing details, and overall project quality are handled with care. Before completion, we also walk homeowners through our warranty program, which includes a 3-year craftsmanship warranty along with yearly follow-ups to ensure your home continues to perform and look exactly as intended.
